Devis is responsible for high-level project strategy, design coordination, scope development, and overseeing all estimating and cost-control processes. His leadership ensures technical accuracy, precise budgeting, and consistent project performance.

Loena manages the operational side of project delivery, ensuring each project moves efficiently through planning, scheduling, and field coordination. As VP of Construction & Operations and Procurement Manager, she directs day-to-day operations, trade coordination, and material logistics.

Our office utilizes advanced software systems to generate real-time data for procurement, budgeting support, material tracking, and workflow optimization. Loena’s leadership ensures smooth communication, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution across all phases of construction.
